A stay above the clouds . Oh the view is to kill for and the room is more than comfy. The trek up is good cardio , but if you are doing it at night , just need to be a bit careful. Meals are provided at cost and quite tasty too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some time away from people and hustle bustle.

I had visited Tycoon Wood Cabins during first week of May along with my wife and daughter. We had a wonderful stay here. The view from the balcony is breath taking. It is just beautiful. During the day time one can see the fog covering the mountains, on the other side you can see a complete view of a city lit with lights during night time. While viewing from the balcony you would be located above the fog, it gives you a feeling as if you are high among the clouds. You do have to do a short climb in order to get to the place, however in case you have luggage the hosts will send someone to help you with your luggage. It is good to do such climbs once in a while for people who sit and work long hours. In order to get the best view, we always have to get to the top of the mountain. If you want a calm and a scenic place to stay, then this is it. The rooms are neat and clean. The hosts Shakthi Sir and Samyukta Madam are friendly and very nice people. They took care of all our requests. They do have pet dogs. Mithali is the most friendly among the three. Then there is also the naughty Papu. My daughter loves animals and she had a wonderful time during the evenings playing with them. Overall it was a memorable trip for us.

Amazing stay with breathtaking view overlooking the valley and a tiny village in distance which lights up at night. Furthermore, the views catastrophically changes at night to a sky filled with stars. The property owners and the staff was super helpful and were amazing hosts! They setup a bonfire and barbeque in front of the rooms, lovely experience! Home cooked food provided by them was comforting and delicious! The rooms are really comfortable and have hot water supply which is a must during to freezing temperatures! To top it all, for dog lovers, they have a bunch of cute little playful pugs, to lighten the mood! Honestly, I would love visit this stay again soon!

This wood house looks good and we can enjoy the view from balcony. Room service are good. *Camp fire* alone need to be improved , the camp fire is not up to the expected for the given money. it’s like normal wood fire in the floor .The campfire should given as compliment.

The stay was beyond our expectations. It was cozy and pleasant, oh and the view was to die for. Felt like we were living on the clouds and would definitely go back again! The hosts were very kind, helpful and hospitable. Made our new year trip extremely special!

Originally planned for 2 days, I.e. from 27th Jan to 29th Jan 2023. Because of many different pleasing factors, we extended our stay till 30th. We wanted to stay for few more days, but when duty calls you have to return to your base location. Location/View wise - Just amazing 5/5 Room Cleanliness - Great 5/5 Room Service - Little slow, but manageable. 4/5 Staff - super friendly 5/5 The only drawback is the climb. But if you want a mesmerizing view & stay at a reasonable price, you should be happy to climb close to 110 stairs. And yes, dogs are definitely allowed. Wifi is available always. Sooner or later, we would like to stay here again, probably for a week or 2. And whoever gave the negative comments, I would say that those comments were utter non sense. Don't believe the negative comments.
